So how do you find someone that is truly qualified to work on your network or equipment?  Well, careful searching, asking to see certifications, and possibly asking for a resume of the potential candidate are all good ways of finding out.  Another way is checking on the contracting company itself.  In order to become a “certified” partner with most vendors, you are required to have a certain amount of people trained and certified by that particular vendor.  The higher the partner status, the more authorized people that company has on staff. Rest assured, in order to work with Paladin Intellects, our engineers and technicians must meet our minimum requirement of at least 10 years of verifiable experience and authorized vendor certification.
